This is a great mat for walking around and standing on for weight training, but I use it to rollout and stretch before/after my lifts too. For any flooring you want to do pilates/yoga/floor exercises on spend a longer dollar and get thicker material. 5 stars because I got exactly what I paid for.

Only thing I dislike about the mat is not when place on the floor it does not stay flat. Even after putting heavy items on top of it, it still rolls back.

Loved these..great value for money put under my puppy pen ,they are easy to clean,sanitary and warmer then my travertine tiles.
