Healthy food doesn't always taste goood however this one does.. I recommend to at least try.. good for diabetics too

I love this stuff! I keep it in the fridge in a tupperware. But it always arrives pretty messy that's why I transfer it to a tupperware and stick it in the fridge. But I live in Florida so, that's expected with chocolate! Other than that it's delicious.

As in the title, the chocolate is to me quite likeable. The crunch is pleasant.The overall taste is a bit closer to carob than a sweet candy. For that reason, I was expecting the snack to be low calorie, but in fact the calorie level is almost the same as any healthy chocolate bar.However, I think the calorie count may come from the seeds and coconut.Summary : Recommended, but pretty costly on a per-ounce basis.

Not sure how keto these are. They are low carb, but do contain sugar, which gives me cravings and makes them very addictive. They may also contain dairy, which is not allowed to on my diet. They do taste great, though

These are a great treat for when you need a sweet treat and don't want to undo all the good that you have done eating healthy. I stick my bag in the fridge and sometimes need to hit the bag against my counter to break off chunks because they will stick together. Regardless, I will repurchase again and again.

Although on Keto, you can't eat huge portions of anything good, these nuggets hit the spot for a sweet fix and are low carb and DELICIOUS. I keep a bag on hand for a treat.

I liked the crunch and am ok with the bitter chocolate. Do not expect a sweet flavor. Find it is best if I keep in the freezer so chocolate is firmer. The pieces do break up leaving just small grains that you can not really eat well by hand.

These were purchased for me at Costco. I loved them sooo much that I'm sure I ate too many servings at each sitting. Buyer beware that if you love treats, it may be hard to stay within the confines of a serving!!!
