These yoga cards have helped me tremendously Im just getting back into my yoga routine after several years without it I love these cards because they break it down for you in a simple easily understandable way It is so much better than trying to follow a video because I can go at my own pace without worrying about falling behind

Really enjoy these cards because they are easy to follow esply the instructions are easy-to-follow and very detailed I would recommend this particular set to anyoneeveryone

This says any skill level but they are most definitely for beginners Since I am not a beginner I am not getting use out of them

While I think that these cards are a great tool for someone learning yoga there are a couple of issues My deck is missing the card for Pose number one Mountain I am also perplexed by the warm-up sequence which finishes with card number two BUT it is shown as a red card so it cannot be card 2 Either the number or the color is wrong I have only had these cards for a couple of days so Im not sure if there are any other discrepancies I printed out a return label for them this morning and sadly they are going back For 20 I at least want all the cards to be there I was not offered an exchange only a refund
