The description is inaccurate as I had surmised. It is not 11 mm long, but has a cross hexagonal measure of 11 mm. I bought it to repair the internal workings of a SRAM cassette on the rear wheel of an almost 10 year old FUJI bicycle. Local hardware store had Hex Wrenches only up to 10 MM. As it turns out the measure of the internal fitting which would release the cassette was not 11 mm, but probably 12. The wrench did, however, with a bit of twist, catch some resistance and released the internal prawls which had somehow seized. Surprisingly, the wrong tool did the job right without the need to remove the cassette completely! The rear cassette and bike as a whole now work well. It's the only road bike I know that has survived both hurricanes and Katrine in NOL and Sandy in NJ.

Made in the USA and in my experience stronger, tougher, and longer lasting than other first class American, German, and Japanese Hex L-Wrenches which all outclass the junk from China which will round off trying to break loose seized Grade 8 or stronger bolts. Bondhus (if torqued beyond prudence) will either round the bolt's socket or break the head off a seized bolt which will not turn.

Confused how a wrench makes good coffee? Maybe you dont need to buy a wrench then, just call a man out.its a wrench, it works, seems good quality.

I was very leary at the price of this wrench. But when I got it I realized the size was much larger than I expected and I specifically bought this needing the longest wrench I could as the machine I mainly need it for has a few bolts on the servo motor that are tough to access. I will be using this first thing tomorrow so I will report back if it holds up. So long as I don't bend it or snap it off on the first go I think I will be happy

I didn't know they really made them this big until I got my motorcycle which requires a 19mm allen wrench for the front axle (and a whopping 27mm socket for the rear!) What else is there to say? It's a big ass allen wrench, nothing to complain about

I also used this for a bike freehub. It's a heavy duty wrench. I used it with a deadbolt hammer and vice grip.

Perfect tool for changing gear box oil on older VWs. Strong heavy tool that provides plenty of leverage. Not much else to say.

Excellent tool, very long handle makes it easy to remove drain plug for 1996 BMW 328I differential. This will work in the very limited space where a socket wrench will not. Very happy with quality and excellent service, delivered in less than 24 hrs. from ordering.Fits 14mm drain plug perfectly.

I bought this so I would be able to take off the drain plug and the fill plug of the front differential. It fit perfectly in the tight space I had to work with and was long enough to get enough leverage to loosen the screws. Perfect.

I bought this tool to remove the rear freehub on my bike. It fit perfectly and did the job without issue. The price is also fantastic too. If you're looking for a tough 11 mm hex wrench, strongly consider this one.

Bought this so I could change the gear oil in my front axle on my 06' Grand Cherokee. Couldn't find it anywhere else. Has a nice long handle for leverage. Worked perfectly. Have used it twice on my jeep and have used it to work on my buddys' jeeps as well, shows no signs of wear. Would highly recommend.

I bought this along with some anti-seize lube to change the transmission oil in my corrado and this tool worked perfectly to remove and tighten the two transmission plugs for the oil change. Good quality tool.

This 17mm US Made Wrench is very long and made of high quality steel. I used it to loosen and then tighten the transmission plugs on my 1981 Rabbit. I would recommend this wrench for anyone needing a high quality 17mm Hex L-Wrench.
