has only held up for 1 1/2 yrs not the 6-year manufacturer warranty. purchased November 2016. It is 34;shedding34; plastic and starting to fall apart. I certainly didn't expect 6 yrs but was hoping for 2!

A little disappointed I???ve had this on for a week and it???s been sunny all week pool temp has not increased. I previously had a smaller version of this had the 12x24 and this time got the 14x28 since they seem to shrink in the sun. Since they only last about a year I think next year I will get the blue or gray one instead of clear. The reason for the 3 stars is that it does help to keep leaves or any debris out plus helps with water evaporation just wish it would help warm the pool. I???ve had many other solar blankets and this seems to work the least as far as heat wise.

So far so good. It's done a good job of holding the heat in the pool this winter, even when heated up to the mid 90s. Also keeps the dirt out. It's light so it's easy to put on/take off. It was easy to cut to size for my 11x28 pool, which is more narrow than standard pools. Only downside so far.. is it's starting to yellow a bit, but that's to be expected I think.

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Handled well for trimming and installing a rolling system. Within 3 days of moderate CA weather it raised the temp 8 degrees. We were able to swim comfortably a month earlier than last season. Hopefully it lasts for a couple of seasons- time will tell.

Heated the pool 10 degrees over 9 day period. I do live in Florida so the March/April sun is starting to get warmer. Perfect for the early season months to make the water a comfortable 80 degrees.It is the thicker material and good size for peanut shaped pool.

Exceeded all expectations. Our southwest Florida pool temperature was 80 degrees. After the solar blanket was placed the pool was 90 in only 3 days. Very reasonable compared to a $3500 electric heater . Recommended this product to everyone.

It is HUGE and awkward but it did raise the temp from 72 to 78 in 4 days. now where to store it...

When I first put it in the pool it looked like a crumpled bed sheet. I found that if I kept trimming it away from the pool wall it would expand as it settled in. After a couple of days of trimming it looked much better and is still expanding a bit. Now to see if it warms up the pool and reduces evaporation which is why I bought it.
