has only held up for 1 1/2 yrs not the 6-year manufacturer warranty. purchased November 2016. It is 34;shedding34; plastic and starting to fall apart. I certainly didn't expect 6 yrs but was hoping for 2!

A little disappointed I???ve had this on for a week and it???s been sunny all week pool temp has not increased. I previously had a smaller version of this had the 12x24 and this time got the 14x28 since they seem to shrink in the sun. Since they only last about a year I think next year I will get the blue or gray one instead of clear. The reason for the 3 stars is that it does help to keep leaves or any debris out plus helps with water evaporation just wish it would help warm the pool. I???ve had many other solar blankets and this seems to work the least as far as heat wise.

So far so good. It's done a good job of holding the heat in the pool this winter, even when heated up to the mid 90s. Also keeps the dirt out. It's light so it's easy to put on/take off. It was easy to cut to size for my 11x28 pool, which is more narrow than standard pools. Only downside so far.. is it's starting to yellow a bit, but that's to be expected I think.

THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED PROMPTLY AND IS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED. IT WAS EASY TO HANDLE AND CUT TO THE EXACT SHAPE OF OUR POOL AND HAS RAISED THE TEMP OF THE WATER TO AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL.WE DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

We were hesitant to try the clear as opposed to the traditional blue, but we really like it a lot better - it's not as obvious. This medium thickness is good too - it's not flimsy, does the job and it's not as heavy to remove. Hopefully it will last a while. We would definitely get the clear again!

I have been using this pool cover for almost two years. This keep my pool so much warmer!!! It also does a great job preventing evaporation. I live in Southern California used to have to fill up my pool about twice a week (about 15 minutes each time) during the summer months. Now, I fill up my pool every other week for about 8 minutes. I'm amazed at how great this product is!!! I also don't really take good care of things and it has still held up well (as in, I'd leave it rolled up on the hot concrete while I was in the pool). While some of the bubbles have popped, my water is still just as warm and it still prevents the evaporation. When I have to replace mine, I will absolutely buy this same one again!
