It still tastes like pasta just a little lighter I don't feel completely stuffed afterwards. Also the flavor is good it doesn't give diet vibes.

I spent a year studying Italian cooking, mostly Tuscan. It seems so wrong to use whole wheat noodles but we love that little added flavor in most dishes. No, they wouldn't go (to me) with a light or white sauce (cooking snob showed up).I even use this for some stir fry especially Szechuan or peanut sauce.
