I was hesitant to try this, but I'm glad I did. It's very thick and rich. It takes very little and soaks in slowly. There is a definite beefy/leathery smell, which I'm OK with, but it is there. The essential oils used are earthy and deep notes, so the beefy/leathery smell blends well with it. I'm making it sound terrible, but it's really not. It does an excellent job moisturizing and softening skin. This will be my only skincare product from now on.

THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING!!! I have purchased it 3 times... after I got one and used it on an area of skin that had only-God-knows-what that I could NOT get rid of, this DID!!! And FAST!!! Then I bought 2 more, one for each of my daughters. A little goes a long way, it feels amazing and I like the scent. BUY this, trust me :)

I bought two of these, one for a friend who has been struggling for quite a while from an itchy skin irritation. He absolutely loves it, says it is the best thing he's tried. I've used it as a face cream as well and like it for that purpose.
