The pump installed in a matter of minutes. Easy access to connections. The offset capacitor design and side connector port made it super easy to mount the pump in the confined space of our Innovaspa hot tub. Runs quiet and provides similar flow to the original equipment.

I have had 3 pumps now was so hoping this one was it . NO this pump is froze up will not turn. so this one is going back. the sad thing is they will not your money back until they get the pump back. so right now I'm out almost $900

This motor/pump is the exact fit and really easy to install and wire. After you finish installing fill with water and loosen the lower joint in the pump until you hear air followed by water, this will help you avoid air lock so water will flow throughout the system. Great buy for the price Quiet too!

I purchased this pump to replace the pump my hot tub came with and so far so good. The pump came with fittings to accommodate two pipe sizes and was easy to hook up to power and plumb into place. My tub is about 400 gallons and this pump is pretty equivalent to the original. So far I’m happy with the performance and the price is very competitive.

Took a little force but I made it fit. Appreciate the addendum with the wires colors to indicate which one is for low speed and which one is for high speed because, off hand, I had no idea which one is which. Also appreciate the 2 inch fittings because trying to cut PVC pipes and glue together in such a tight space with elbows is for the birds.

I bought this in November and the pump was a direct replacement for the factory pump that had died. This new pump had been working great until July. I contacted the company and they responded immediately and within one day they had sent out a replacement at no cost to me. It is rare to find a company who stands behind their products like they have. This pump is a great value at this price point and the after the sales service is great at any price point.

Very well engineered, very clear directions, plug amp; play. Ease of installation will depend on how it is set up in your specific tub - mine required removal of 'everything else' to get at it, bit of a hassle but it works perfect.

The pump worked fine initially but after 6 days, it seized up. I am sending it back for a exchange in hopes its a one off issue and the replacement does not do the same. Frustrating because it's not a easy install to reach.
