Very good home exercise machine that targets specific muscle group (neck) but it's very effective. I notice it is improving my posture and I feel like it's giving me a better blood circulation in my head from doing neck exercise even I am only using light weight plate (25 lbs).Great customer service too -- very responsive.Based on my overall experience with the product and its customer service, I highly recommend this exercise machine from this company.

I rarely leave reviews for products but this machine warrants it. It only took about 45 minutes to assemble and i was pleasantly surprised by how beefy the materials are (ie the steel frame and padding). It works perfectly and is easily with the money.

I used a similar machine for strengthening my neck years ago at a chiropractors office so I recently purchased and I couldn't be happier. Assembly was easy. I only needed an adjustable wrench. Great product highly recommended. I suffer from neck pain and have exhausted my efforts on physical therapy.. injections.. oblations.. chiropractor visits , and spent a lot of money, I won't say how much, to no help at all.

I've looked for such a machine for literally decades...and now I have one. And it works GREAT! It's not the one from my high school days (that thing was a commercial grade beast), but it is worth the price you pay.The assembly instruction sheet sucked; that is my only complaint. If you purchase one, make sure that when you attach the bearings the small hex nuts on the sides are loosened. Do it just enough so that when you push the rod attached to the head pads through the bearings there is enough space for the rod to go all the way through. Then tighten the nuts.But this is a GREAT piece of equipment. Just a hint for new owners: I find that I have to drop or raise the seat depending which side of my head/face is in the pad in order to get the most extension out of my neck.

Simple and effective design, good fabrication and nicely finished. The square pads you push against are sort of awkward, as has been noted here, but the motion is smooth. Needs pads where it contacts the floor and packaging was pretty bad, but good value for the $$.

Love the machine. No problems at all. I'm 63 been lifting weights since 12 was in coaching 29 years all schools that have contact sports need at least one of these machines. I have used a neck harness to work front and rear and used to work side to side using static tension against a ball. Not anymore. I'm a amateur boxer and I need a strong neck. Get one before they run out. Assembly was easy and I'm not the piddler shop mechanically minded kind.
