This Drainmate II funnel includes a hinged lockable cover to snuff flames. The multi-purpose drain sink/funnel is equipped with a drain tube that contains an anti-spill valve which will minimize the chance of overfilling the drum. The large 24 inch x 24 inch x 8 1/2 inch drain sink fits on top of any 55 gallon drum or tank and is made from heavy duty 16-gauge steel.
It is supplied with a steel drainage grid that suspends parts off the bottom to allow for efficient draining. It can hold up to 30 used oil filters for hot draining. It can also be used to drain empty plastic oil containers.
Draining parts prior to rinsing them in the parts washing solvent will greatly extend the life of the parts washing solvent. By lining with an absorbent prior to draining, liquids drain into the drum allowing the dry solids to be disposed of easily and inexpensively.
