Product Description
Azure Market Organics quick rolled oats are super healthy: richer in protein than most other grains and full of fiber and a wealth of vitamins and minerals, including manganese, phosphorus, copper, vitamin B1 (thiamine), iron, selenium, magnesium, and zinc. They're also the only dietary source of avenanthramides, a type of antioxidant which may help prevent heart disease.
Our organic oats are perfect for oatmeal (of course), but they have so many other uses! Try them in Irish soda bread, apple and peach crisps and crumbles, granola, muffins, and cookies-especially quick, easy no-bake cookies. You can also add them to meatballs, meatloaf, or stuffed peppers as an inexpensive and nutritious way to "stretch" the meat a bit. And don't limit yourself to cooking or baking, either-you can even put them in face scrubs or spa masks!
Our organic quick rolled oats (sometimes called instant oats) are made similarly to rolled oats. They're simply cut and rolled thinner, resulting in a cooking time of just five to eight minutes-perfect for breakfast on the go!
