This Azure Market Organic Avocado Oil Cold Pressed Refined Organic is an excellent, healthy alternative to other cooking oils. And this is the organic avocado oil to choose if you want a mild-tasting, high-temperature cooking oil. It is cold pressed and refined to minimize the avocado flavor without sacrificing the nutritional profile.
While the health benefits are similar to olive oil, avocado oil is better for high temperature cooking. In fact, the smoke point of avocado oil 516 degrees, almost 100 degrees higher than olive oil. Not only that, the oleic acid in avocado oil is highly resistant to oxidation, so it won't go rancid as quickly as other oils.

We used to purchase the Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil but started to get a little expensive to purchase 10 bottles a month. This by far is better quality and best bang for the buck.
