Probably couldn't have picked a harder panel to do on my first try but worked good, MUCH better then pounding for hrs. (saves your hands too) This is a Taiwan panel on an USA tailgate shell so the skin is thicker than a factory skin but it rolled it right over. Kinda sux having to beat it over PRIOR to running the tool but that went easy pulled the trigger and never looked back !! I probably would have perfection but getting starting point requires you to use the ole hammer/dolly to give it a flat spot to start. I wish the foot had some markings so you would know where it was and where you moved it too ? I bought t spare foot just to keep in stock but being the first skin I've done in 30 years, it'll probably be in the bag until the estate sale.

I am a hobbyist restoring a couple vehicles. I used this door skin flanging tool to complete closure of the lower and side flanges on replacement patch panels for a '67 C-10 I am working restoring and for the price and the limited number of times in my life I expect to use this, it is perfect for me. Once I am done with my projects, I will likely re-sell this a recover a good portion of the purchase price since it is so lightly used. This too is good, in that it reduces to cost per use, if anyone keeps track of expenses in this manner.

I bought twice, one for my dad and one for my uncle. They found out that is really useful compared to their old style tools. Much easier and save them a lot of works.
