1. Start twisting from the nozzle side.
2. Make a twist at a point 4 inch away from the nozzle by holding one side and twisting the other.
3. Twist at another point 4 inch down the first section.
4. Fold the balloon at the second point which is 8 inch away from the nozzle.
5. Grab the balloon with one hand putting pressure on the first twist and pressure over the longest part at the same place as the first twist with another finger.
6. Use your free hand to twist around the second section and third section and the head is finished.
7. Twist a 4 inch long section down. This is the neck of the puppy.
8. Hold the twist with one hand and create another twist with the free hand 4 inch down.
9. Fold the balloon, grab with one hand putting pressure on the twist in the seventh step and pressure over the longest section with another finger.
10. Use your free hand to twist around and one of the legs is finished.
11. Twist a 4 inch long section down. This is the body of the puppy.
12. Repeat the eighth to tenth steps and you will finish the puppy.
