The instructions to assemble this kennel are vague, very, very deficient. The seller should make a video about assembling this thing. I saw problems with assembling the kennel door. The kennel didn't look safe. If you are assembling challenged, don't buy it.

The handle broke while traveling and I just had my cat in it. Cat wasn't that heavy. Don't waste your money.

Have had it for a year and it works great. We are missing some hardware pieces because the kids figured out how to unscrew them. Our dog does get anxious and has started chewing the inside ledge of kennel.
