This premeasured salt may be used with any brand of nasal cleansing pot or nasal saline rinse squeeze bottle. Contents: 40 premeasured .07 oz (2 grams) Packets.

Usage instructions: Use pre-measured packet (¼ teaspoon) salt with 8 oz luke warm (not hot or cold) water that has been previously boiled or distilled into your nasal cleansing pot. Follow the instructions for use of the nasal cleansing product you own.

Nasal cleansing should not be practiced if your nostrils are obstructed or clogged to prevent flow in one side and out the other, or if you are suffering from any infection of the nasal, sinus or ear passages or have recently undergone ear or sinus surgery of any kind.

Great to not have to buy those little packets... I just filled up a jar with a flip top and keep it in my storage cabinet for use when I need to do a nasal cleaning!
