I followed the instructions carefully. After the first 20 minutes I could feel a difference. My pain level dropped noticeably and the muscles in my back, shoulders and upper arms started to relax. It was pretty amazing. Didn't want to take it off, but did. Anxious to try it again tomorrow. So far, very impressed!

I do not wear this all day, but I do wear it for about four hours, and it does help me with my posture, it is a constant reminder to straighten my posture

I purchased this brace for back support for chronic pain issues, the description of product is accurate and I am satisfied with the support this brace has provided it is comfortable which allows me to wear all day.

This helps me at work so much. I'm over a computer keyboard 9 hours a day, 4 days a week and my posture has become terrible. This works as a reminder and is very comfortable.

After multiple old thoracic spinal fractures, osteoarthritis, and buldging disks, I am desperate for pain relief and to have some support to help with my posture. As others have noted, this is a great reminder to pull your shoulders back and stand up straight. I ordered a few posture correctors and this one is my favorite of them all. The 1st few days of wearing it did slightly reduce my back pain. It reminds me to hold my shoulders back when not wearing and I breathe a little easier with better posture. You just have to make sure the straps stay at the knob of your shoulders to pull you back because it's definitely uncomfortable when it starts digging into your armpits. Hoping that overtime it'll help more. I plan to order a few as gifts to my fellow mid back pain sufferers and slouchers if I see more improvement.

This is the 5th posture corrector I’ve purchased and I LOVE IT. I just received it today and I can already say it is hands down the most comfortable one I have. It’s supportive where it needs to be. You can’t tell I’m wearing it under my t-shirt. It’s great. I’m already feeling pain relief as well I can tell the pain relief will just get better.

I find the material comfortable and cute. This is my first one ever and its comfortable and keeps my shoulders back. It can get tight but if you make a small effort to keep your own shoulders straight its really not bad. It's fully adjustable.

I've tried another posture corrector but was displeased with the device itself and the result. This one is perfect. It's easy to put on. It fits securely. It's unnoticeable under clothing. Above all, it works. Although it's not designed to be worn all day, it feels so good that it's hard not to wear it all day. I highly recommend this device.
