I purchased the L/XL. I am 5'5” and 207 lb. I purchased it to help correct my rib cage angle as well as improve my breathing. The band sits nicely over my rib cage, the straps keeps my shoulders back. It's discrete under clothing. Since it bites a bit, I do recommend an under shirt. It has made a difference for me since day one.

After wearing this brace for a few hours (sitting around the house and put on over my t-shirt) I do find that I am reminded of my posture after I take it off. I do not find it hard to put on as a 65 yr old female with shoulder problems. I do have to think about it before putting my arms through to make sure the shoulder straps are in the correct position and I stand in front of a mirror to see where the other straps are to be able to reach them to secure. I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered this for my wife. She tried it on and liked it right away. helped her posture. She wore it several hours the first day while shopping with no discomfort at all.

It was my chiropractor recommendation. The best thing about this posture corrector is the support. I work 9 hours in front of a computer and the corrector helps me to keep me still.

I ordered this posture support after I had spinal neck fusion and Laminectomy in May 2022. I ordered the recommended size according to the size chart (S/M) however, when I received the support I realized that I couldn't reach the side adjustment straps because of my mobility issues. I reached out to their customer support and they requested specific information to verify exactly what I needed. Upon receiving my reply they sent me a L/XL size which is exactly what I needed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Their Customer Service goes above and beyond for the customer!

I really like this product it's helped so much especially with my hands going num all the time and at work I sit at a desk all day so if help with my posture and I have noticed that my back and shoulder don't hurt when I use it. After sitting for 8 hours at my desk on the phone. The direction are very helpful and I start out with 2 hours day and have built up from there.

Great posture brace - very comfortable. I work at a desk all day and find myself slouching constantly. This is a comfortable yet firm reminder to sit up straighter.Also - customer service is AMAZING! I was in between sizes, and ended up choosing the wrong one. The company fixed this for free, and I had the new brace 48 hours after contacting them. This one fits perfect!

I like this device! I wear it everyday and it has truly helped with my posture. I can tell when I don't to wear it. I used to get headaches often and dizziness from a condition known as occipital neuralgia and I will say I have had significantly fewer episodes and I feel like this device has helped. My only issues are that I have a smaller waist so I wish it could adjust tighter for smaller people. Also, I like that it is flexible but it could be a little sturdier. The only color available at the time was pink which gets dirty quickly because I wear it everyday so other color options would be helpful but overall I love this product!!

I have been having some neck pain and noticing a dowager's hump so I ordered this posture corrector to see if it would help. It has helped! My pain is decreasing and the hump on the back of my neck/upper back is getting smaller. I am able to wear the posture wrap under my clothing and it is comfortable to wear during the day. I recommend to anyone having these same issues!

This is as comfortable as one can be with something in your armpits, lol. I had purchased one before and I could not wear it whereas this one I can wear for up to five hours. It does work and my neck and shoulders definitely feel better. if you are on the borderline of the measurements that they give you for size, go with the smaller one because I was one inch less than the indicated measurement, and it is plenty big, almost too big. It is effective as it does promote me standing up straight rather than slumping. I would buy this product again and I would recommend it to others.
