I bought this in 2014 and it's still as good as new. Everything is adjustable. Even has some metal parts, which costs extra with premium chairs. This thing is hefty. In the Herman Miller chairs you can adjust the recline action, but for a budget chair I can't imagine something better than this. The only thing I don't like is that the armrests come out 13 from from the seat back, which makes it hard to scoot close to your desk, making it so your arms are more stretched out than they should be. There is no adjustment for armrest forward/back. That would make this a perfect budget chair.

Had this chair for a couple years now. I like that the arms are removable. If I'm just lounging I can put them on, or remove them if I'm playing guitar. Chair is soft and I can sit in it for hours. Great settings and comfortable.

This chair is not a looker, but it is an excellent seat. More than 8 hour comfort. It is is very highly and effectively adjustable.Seat depth and height is excellent if you are tall.Bought it in 2013. The lift finally went out and the adjustment that allows the seat to lean forward (why is there even this adjustment) no longer held.I would have purchased another, but I will buy a more attractive mount this time. (Have already given away or returned several more expensive chairs, because they did not work for tall people.)

Great chair, very comfortable, many ergonomic adjustments. You need to take the time to adjust your seat to your body, also change the position regularly to keep yourself from getting stiff. Only con is the arm rests only adjust in height and do not slide forward or rotate.

I purchased this chair at the beginning of the pandemic when I started to work from home. After 16 months of usage - literally I sit on it more than 9 hours every working day, the heavily bolstered cushion still provides the same level of support as it arrived, comparing to the seat of an IKEA chair which lost the resilience in a couple of months. It is even more comfortable comparing to the $500 chair in my office.

Directions were not very clear on exactly how to assemble together, took a little trial and error. The height of the chair from floor to top of cushion would have been nice as I am 5'5 and at the lowest setting my feet barely touch the floor and after awhile feel tingling and I need to move to avoid swelling. I have the back at the lowest setting and the lumbar does not reach my lower back. I would definitely say this chair is made more for a taller person.

Amazing chair, been using it for a year, I'm a 5'7 130 lb woman and bought the chair to work from home. It's amazingly adjustable for my smaller frame, and my fianc (6'2” 180 lbs) loves it as well. The chair has remained comfortable through many 9 hour work days, durable, no rips or damage! For context, pre covid I used to have a Herman Miller in the office: this chair is just as good for a fraction of the price.

Excellent chair! Assembly directions were mostly good, except for one part, but easy to figure out what to do.

Overall, this was a pretty good chair. I believe it lasted for about 3-4 years before the seat started to lean.Pros:- It's a decent chair for the money.- The chair lasted for a good amount of time for the price point (3-4 years).- Good options. You're able to change the angle you sit at, how much butt room you need, and where the curve hits your back by positioning it up and down. The arms also move up and down, but I left them at the same spot for the last 3-ish years.Cons:- The included wheels aren't great. They started to tear up my hard wood flooring, so I had to buy other wheels to put on it.- The back support could be better. The more I used it, the more I felt like it wasn't giving me as much support as I needed.- Collects dust easily. You'll have to dust it off pretty often, and some spots on the back aren't super easy to get to.
