This is a nice solid desk that is very heavy. While the quality is nice, you definitely need to be careful during assembly and while handling. The desk itself and the edging seems nice and smooth, but the edging has an unfinished/uncoated feel to it, and I received a few micro splinters that were very hard to see and get out of my fingers, took a couple stars off for that. The assembly was very easy, and the color is a light as to be expected. The opening is wide makes it versatile for wider chairs or a file cabinet underneath.

The desk arrives in good shape, with being carefully packaged. The delivery is smooth and on time. Assembly is not hard, but it does take time. The size is exactly what I want! The drawers are great for holding small and random stuffs.
