Return could only be applied within 30 days after delivery.If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.
If you accept the damaged package without any notation on the delivery receipt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OR COMPENSATE ANY REPAIR COSTS.

Not to sturdy. If it was sturdier it would definitely be worth. Mine collapsed after 48hrs. However customer services replaced it right away.

Frame is sturdy, we also added some additional bracing with aircraft cable. We only used the top and did not install the sides for our needs. Had in issue after a few months with the grommets pulling out. I notified the seller and they replaced with a brand new one at no charge. Will definitely repeat if needed

After 6 months the roof covering had to be replaced. The side facing the South gets the full sun and has deteriorated badly. I need to replace the entrance door I use daily because it has not held up to use. I am now looking to find a way to replace all of the covering. NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.
