2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.

This carport was easy to assemble and move into place. Putting it up in Upstate New York in February wasn't ideal (frozen ground...stakes couldn't be driven into ground) but it was up in time to keep 12 of snow off the car. Heaven!The weight bags should be longer...able to hold a bag of tube sand completely. In a good wind you'll need the weight. And more triangulation braces would make this a truly heavy-duty carport. But if you want a good, basic and easy to assemble carport, this fits the bill.

Needs better instructions! Seems to be good product we like it. We will see how it weathers rain and wind. Looks like it will do great.

We got this for our Expedition, then used just the top (no side panels) as a temporary horse shelter for a couple of months.Pro tip: The little spikes to anchor the feet will not keep it in place when you get wind. We woke up after a windy night to find it had blown up over the tree tops and landed 30' away in our driveway. We had not used the ropes and stakes to tie it down for fear the horse would get tangled up in them...oops.The plastic tarp is not the heaviest. I do not feel a decade of service coming, but for the price I did not expect a decade anyway.Also, it might work for a car, but the Expedition is too wide, so we can't have all of the sides on AND get out of the car...it is one or the other. For us that is fine. We have it next to our garage, so the driver's side without the wall is protected enough, and now the truck is out of the sun, rain, and snow.I would buy it again.

One person can do most of assembling. A helper needs to tilt the roof while installing legs. Super easy.
