Product Description
A quiet cooling fan system designed to be placed on top of AV components such as receivers, routers, game consoles, and AV cabinet components. Maintaining an optimal temperature for components prevents overheating, ensures constant performance, and extends their lifespan. The controller on the front of the cooling system features a smart thermostat trigger and fan speed control. The steel enclosure houses two dual-ball bearing blowers that pull heat out of the component and exhausts out the rear. The dual ball bearings also allow this fan system to be mounted horizontally or vertically. Its low-profile design enables the unit to fit in tight spaces. Includes corded power adapter to plug the fan system through an outlet.
Intelligent Programming
There are three programming settings available which includes two temperature trigger modes. The fans can also be set to run continuously or be turned off. Four fan speeds are available for each active mode and will determine the speed at which the fans run when they are triggered. This ensures optimal airflow and noise levels for your application.
Design and Construction
Each system features dual-ball bearing blowers rated at 67,000 hours and are certified by CE and RoHS. Blowers contain a PWM-controlled motor used to minimize noise during speed variations and are suspended in mid-air with silicone mounts to absorb vibrations. A low-profile design allows the unit to fit in applications with a limited height clearance. Aluminum and steel construction enables additional components up to 30 pounds to be stacked on top.

My new AVR top had only about 4 inches of clearance from the next shelf. I measured the top of my receiver before I bought the S8 cooler and it ran above 110 degrees Fahrenheit most of the time. After I bought and installed the S8 the top of the receiver is around 82 degrees Fahrenheit. I used a Fluke infrared thermometer to read the temperatures. I'm quite satisfied with this cooling unit and would recommend it.

This is the first time owning one of these, I wasn't sure how affective this would be in cooling down our AVR but it does an excellent job! I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Highly recommend to anyone trying to keep your electronics cooler.

I have two of these fans one for my Denon receiver and one for my outlaw amp both remain cool at all times. Fans are very quiet and extremely efficient.

If your receiver sits in an enclosed cabinet with limited circulation, this fan will keep it cool whenever heat begins to build up. My cabinet's vent is behind the receiver so I bought the S8 for rear discharge of heat. Be sure to know where your cabinet or enclosure vent is located so you can select the correct model. This thing comes on automatically when certain temperature is reached and has an indicator showing how much speed the fan is turning while extracting heat.

I purchased my AC Infinity AIRCOM S8 Rear Exhaust Triple fan system to help cool my Denon Receiver that kept running pretty hot after upgrading to some bigger floor speakers. The build quality is top notch, and gets the job done at the slowest fan speed! My receiver is now always cool, no matter how loud or for how long I play with it. I feel confident that this S8 unit will definitely help prolong the life of my receiver. It is also very easy to set up and operate. If you have a problem with your components running hot and shut off, this is it! get it....NOW!
