Product Description
A quiet blower fan kit designed to boost airflow coming from your home's fireplace. Suitable for fireplaces with space underneath its floor or compartment to install the blower. The system draws cool air in from the bottom vents, heats it through the fireplace, then forcing it out the top vent into the room.Being a standard size, it can also replace existing blowers found in various fireplaces including Lennox, Hearth Glo, Majestic, Rotom, and more. The system features a LCD display with smart thermostat and humidity programming. Included corded sensor plugs into the controller to provide temperature and humidity readings. Heavy-duty build includes a cold-rolled steel mounting frame. Features PWM-controlled motor that is highly efficient in maximizing airflow at lower noise. Includes everything needed to secure the unit and power it through an outlet.
Smart Programming
The controller included with each unit features active temperature and humidity monitoring. Fan speeds can be programmed to automatically adjust to high and low temperatures and humidity. The program can also be manually set the fans to run continuously or on a timer at custom speeds. Also features alarm warnings, fan failure alerts, eco-mode, and backup memory. Includes a 12-foot corded sensor probe.
Heavy-Duty Performance
The fan system is enclosed in heavy-duty steel mounted on a cold rolled steel frame. The aluminium impeller is suspended in mid-air with silicone mounts to absorb vibrations and to reduce noise. Utilizing DC motors that are controlled using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), the blower can maximize airflow while reducing noise and power consumption. In addition, the blower is CE and RoHS certified and is IP-22 resistant to liquids and dust particles. The motor houses dual-ball bearings that are rated at 67,000 hours, allow this fan system to be mounted horizontally or vertically, and are certified by CE and RoHS.

We have always hated our loud fireplace with the rattling squirrel cage blower. There was nothing we could do to quiet it down. This one, even at full speed, is about half as loud, and you can tune it to just the right level to be quiet and still effective. The included controller is also very flexible for different control scenarios. This was well worth the money. I wish I had bought it years ago.

I would have liked an option to run it without the control panel just because all I want is for it to run on high when it reaches temperature and turn off, but, good news the control system has memory so I never have to touch it anyway. You can probably just mount the controller in the valve space of a gas fireplace if you don't want to see it, set it and forget it. I mounted mine on the outside because I had expectations I would have to fiddle with it (plus a minor concern of heat exposure - which ironically would only be an issue if the fan DIDN'T work already).I believe this fan is as quiet as is possible for the airflow it creates. All the sound I hear is the movement of the air itself. Don't underestimate how important volume is for this application, my fireplace has become much more beloved by all since the installation of this ultra quiet fan.

I mounted the fan to the back of a 100 year old fireplace to push heated air from gas logs (un vented). Fan is quiet and settings make the fan automatically cut on and off
