Product Description
A quiet blower fan kit designed to boost airflow coming from your home's fireplace. Suitable for fireplaces with space underneath its floor or compartment to install the blower. The system draws cool air in from the bottom vents, heats it through the fireplace, then forcing it out the top vent into the room.Being a standard size, it can also replace existing blowers found in various fireplaces including Lennox, Hearth Glo, Majestic, Rotom, and more. The system features a LCD display with smart thermostat and humidity programming. Included corded sensor plugs into the controller to provide temperature and humidity readings. Heavy-duty build includes a cold-rolled steel mounting frame. Features PWM-controlled motor that is highly efficient in maximizing airflow at lower noise. Includes everything needed to secure the unit and power it through an outlet.
Smart Programming
The controller included with each unit features active temperature and humidity monitoring. Fan speeds can be programmed to automatically adjust to high and low temperatures and humidity. The program can also be manually set the fans to run continuously or on a timer at custom speeds. Also features alarm warnings, fan failure alerts, eco-mode, and backup memory. Includes a 12-foot corded sensor probe.
Heavy-Duty Performance
The fan system is enclosed in heavy-duty steel mounted on a cold rolled steel frame. The aluminium impeller is suspended in mid-air with silicone mounts to absorb vibrations and to reduce noise. Utilizing DC motors that are controlled using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), the blower can maximize airflow while reducing noise and power consumption. In addition, the blower is CE and RoHS certified and is IP-22 resistant to liquids and dust particles. The motor houses dual-ball bearings that are rated at 67,000 hours, allow this fan system to be mounted horizontally or vertically, and are certified by CE and RoHS.

These crank heat. Installed them under my Jotul wood insert and they blast air. Blast heat. They have control boxes that require wall install but if you want your wood insert to blast get these.Had them two years working great and no failure yet.

The unit works as expected but is definitely louder than advertised. It's nicely built with sufficient cable length for mounting the control unit away from the fan. If using in AUTO mode, disable all triggers except the trigger desired. They're all pre-programmed to values which caused unexpected fan behavior. Once only one was enabled, it operates as expected.

Great product for the money. Works as expected and pushes quite a bit of heat out of the the fireplace. I just wish it had a remote!

Excellent product! Geared a little more towards those that like tech. I basically 'set and forget' and don't mess with adjusting any of it. Works very well. Highly recommend.

Excellent unit, smooth, no wobbling and relatively quiet. Can't speak as to longevity only had it one day however, I have a power amplifier blower for 5 years fm AC and it's been wonderful keeping my Onkyo amp cool. I expect nothing less from this fireplace blower. I only wish the connected electrical line had a quick disconnect to make routing the lines easier.

Installation was not that difficult. Just had to find a way to squeeze past the existing tubes and pipes.It is quite effective in draw ambient air from the bottom and blowing it passed the heated area to push the hot air out at the top.It's a balance between large volume hot air vs noise level. At level 4 and below, it is quiet but not a lot of hot air is pushed out.If I raise the Level to 7 or above, the effectiveness of raising the ambient temperature is more successful but after a while I get a little tired of the noise.In general, I kept it at Level 4.There is a design issue with 3 cables leading into the control panel. That's a lot of cables to hide and I'm still looking for some cable concealers to do this job.
