I started taking this product to help alleviate muscle pain due to statins. Even a very low dose of the statin still caused some muscle problems. When I added this turmeric It has helped tremendously and muscle pain, inflammation has refuced to the point that I can hike again.

Seems like a good product but my parents have a low tolerance for the ginger, otherwise, it should be fine for anyone who can tolerate moderately spicy foods!

I use this product for an injured knee. I think it has helped me. I haven't been taking it to long, so I will have to see how it does.

I have a lot of joints with arthritis and the 2 items real help. You have to use it for aonth or two to get full benefit from the product

I've tried other brands, but this one far exceeds the others. When I take this every day, my knee pain is vastly improved if not completely gone (even in the rainy cold months). I refuse to take pain meds, and this one keeps me healthy and inflammation free -truly amazing stuff.
