I got this for my husband as a Christmas Gift and he has gotten excellent use on it. The battery life is good and the blow power works very well, as we live in a heavily tree'd area and there are always leaves and branches in our yard and driveway. The Weed Wacker works very well to edge our lawn, with nice precise cuts that run nice and deep along the edge of our driveway. Much better than other Name Brand ones that cost much more.

Pros: Well-balanced to decreased hand/arm fatigue, powerful weed trimmer able to slash thru 8-10 inch tall grass/weeds, hedge trimmer can reach tall bushes and tilting blade helps get to awkward spots while keeping you away from brambles, pole saw is effective at reaching tall branches of my oak tree (I've cut branches up to 3" diameter). I've not kept track of how long the battery lasts but it seems to be about average compared to other similar products. The greatest advantage is the modular design, where you are able to switch out the attachments quickly and saves space in storage, since it is not one long trimmer or polesaw, etc. Cons: not much so far. Some people may not like the two 20V batteries required to run the unit as a '40V'. It cannot run on one 20V battery. I've not had any problems and actually like the smaller batteries as opposed to one large 40V battery. I've not had the unit long enough to determine battery life/ durability. I did go ahead and purchase two extra 20V batteries at the same time I purchased the Wild Badger to b extend use time. Charge time is fairly fast. The clasp on the shoulder strap tends to come loose, but I think that is a safety feature in case of emergency (I just use a large carabiner instead). Very happy with this purchase and I use my solar generator to charge the batteries, so very eco-friendly set up. Would strongly recommend this product!

Works great for anyone with an average size yard! Just needs a second battery charger for your second battery.

This is my first experience with lawn care so I don't have a lot to compare to but the weed eater did what I needed it to do. I have bushes that grow my front door and they have recently had a lot of grass and smaller bushes spouting up and it is beginning to look a mess. So I thought instead of hiring someone else I could do it all myself. Assembly was a little complicated but I watched a video that walked me through the steps. I wish that the unit came with 2 different batteries so that it could be used at the same time. Once I got the hang of it things progressed a little faster. It took a little bit to understand how the trimmer worked but eventually I was able to clear out the bottom of the areas and tidy it up. It took a little longer than I thought it should be that was mostly because I did not know what I was doing. The battery lasted about 2 hours before I needed to recharge, I think it was like 40 minutes of use. I would have like a longer battery life or a shorter charging time, especially since there was only one battery. Changing out the spools was easy and we had more than enough to finish up the job. By the second day I was a pro at the trimmer and things went much smoother. The trimmer is easy to handle and not as heavy as you might think. I really like the edger, it was easy to clean up the lines around that area and the sidewalk. I thought that the edging was easier than the trimming. I wish that the blower had more power. I thought initially it was because the battery was low but on the second day I started with the blower and it was about he same. It did okay blowing grassing trimming but the larger more heavy weeks and vine like weeds not so much. I think this was a great starter set for me and I am pleased overall with the performance. I am rating it an 8 because I would have liked a second battery and the power of the blower to be a little stronger.

1st off it arrived early, Charged up both batteries. Easy assembly with the weed eater. Did an outstanding job on some taller grass, battery stayed up about 20 mins of thick tall grass. I'd recommend for an small yard. 100.

My old cordless yard tools died on me, I was looking for an alternative that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. This set comes with the basic two that I use the most which is the trimmer and the blower. The tools feel a little bit cheaply made with the plastic casing and everything but it seems to do the job just fine. It charges relatively quickly but the battery doesn't last as long as some of the other units that I've had in the past. The overall performance is pretty average I wouldn't say that it's significantly better or significantly worse than other units on the market. I think this is a good set for starter DIYer at home , looking for yard tools at a budget price.

Great product, great price! Surprisingly well put together product. The batteries DO NOT last all day but you’ll get a good 2 hours of use on a full charge. The downside, 2 batteries one charger. If you’re thinking of purchasing, do it you won’t regret it.

I use both of these on my lawn. Easy to maintain. I charge the batteries with a small solar panel setup. I have had them for months and have never charged them in my house.

As far as for the mower i hate the plastic wheels and the very light weight!!

Nice set, batteries have good amt of time between charges. Very light weight, but powerful enough for light yard work.

Versatile

We are not big yard people and have very little maintenance to deal with, making this budget friendly multi tool good for our use. The battery life lasts long enough for our simple quick jobs but wouldn't work well for a larger job. I like the versatility of this set and what's included. it is easy to put together and use. I like that it doesn't take up much space in the garage compared to completely separate tools.
