i SIT on these for pain relief so they all eventually develop leaks, but ColPacs last the longest and stay cold longer than others

I have had to use many ice packs over the years and the ColPaC is the one I have been waiting to find for a long time. It is very thick and it stays cold for a long time.I would recommend it to anyone who is in need of an ice pack for injuries. If you are raising a family, this is a sure thing but follow the instructions of no longer of 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off.

I just had the chance to use this pack on my back. I needed it for my lower back sometimes. It holds the cold for a long time which is great. When swapping between heat and cold every 15min I can just reuse it without having to put it in the freezer. One thing though and it's not the fault of the product. Next time I'll buy the 9X12 size...

I have had one of these for years, and have used it after multiple knee surgeries. When it was time for a bilateral knee replacement, I knew I needed another one! They squeeze easily into your freezer, stay nice and cold when you take them out and mold around your legs. Wouldn't choose any other!
