I twisted something yesterday! So I ordered it this morning, then went to get a back massage (thinking that would help). The lower massage worsened the condition; to be honest, I felt it when I tried to put my clothes on. Anyway, when I arrived home, I found the package already there! I put it on, and I immediately felt relief!I am a plus size guy, so I ordered the XX L and it fits well (I was worried it is going to run small)

I wear 36-38 pants. Usually 36. The small size barely fits me. If the velcro holds up, this should be a good buy. It's comfortable and supportive. I can bend over, sit, and the brace is flexible and stays in position well. I don't think you're suppose to wear this directly on your skin, but it seems comfortable enough if you wanted to. It would eventually get smelly. Probably shouldn't put it in the washing machine.

Helped almost immediately with lower back pain. There were a couple seams with sharp points that I had to trim off because they kept poking into me.

It is hard to get used too, but it definitely does the job! I use it during working out, it has allowed me to go longer and faster. Hoping to see more improvement the more I go.

I ordered a 3x but should have got the 4x. I measured 57in and it barely fits. Guess it's time to diet.But it works for the pain.I would order again but 4x.

Fits nice and tight. The sizing chart seems accurate. I have a 31 inch waste and the small fits well. I wish the little pad was thicker but that's just because I like something pushing against the vertebrae above my herniated disk.

Working at my kitchen counter (preparing food, stacking dishwasher, cleaning up etc.)has bothered my lower back for some time.Wearing this brace has double the time I can stand while doing chores like this. And this means a lot to me.

Effective product. Velcro straps stay put througjout the day of physical labor, bending, flexing stretching etc. but it does roll up or down my big belly.

Getting old. Too many times I look at something on the floor or a lower shelf I need to pick up and can already feel the pain in my lower back. Bought this to offer more support on those weekend projects like cleaning the basement and attic. So far so good. Fits nicely and offers support (I use the pillow piece that is removable). Doesn’t make me Iron Man or anything, but I know this has prevented issues. Just what I needed to not become immobilized from those little jobs around the house. I’ve only worn in situation like those mentioned, so not exposure to usage for other purposes, such as workouts or anything. Would recommend.

The product arrived as described. It feels like its made of good quality and it fits well. I have worn it for about a week now and ill be honest. I dont necessarily feel much pain relief. Now keep in mind, I've had lumbar surgery and everyone's condition is different than mine. I had a disc removed. Apparently my surgery failed and I might need a lumbar fusion. I am trying my best to prolong the need for surgery as I've had 3 in total the past year and a half. With that said. I do believe it will provide support and some pain relief for those with different medical conditions. I will continue to use it because I like the support it provides and it helps me reduce sudden movement to the lumbar area. I do recommend this product. Its affordable enough where its worth a try and you won't feel bad if it doesn't help.
