Hey - this is surprisingly useful. I have loops of it lurking in many places now, so that when I have a few minutes to spare I am using it. I am a big guy and will probably buy a heavier weight tubing next time, but this works for strengthening aging joints. Sometimes I double up the loops so that I am pulling agains four strands when I want more resistance.<br /><br />We're not going to get ripped using this stuff, but the gentle, progressive resistance prevents injuries. I use it constantly and feel like I have added strength and stability without giving up range of motion. My shoulders feel better than they have in a long time.
