Great price for this product. It was not as resistant as my last &#34;medium&#34; tension band so I just doubled it into two layers.<br />I received one long piece, so no worries there.

Hey - this is surprisingly useful. I have loops of it lurking in many places now, so that when I have a few minutes to spare I am using it. I am a big guy and will probably buy a heavier weight tubing next time, but this works for strengthening aging joints. Sometimes I double up the loops so that I am pulling agains four strands when I want more resistance.<br /><br />We're not going to get ripped using this stuff, but the gentle, progressive resistance prevents injuries. I use it constantly and feel like I have added strength and stability without giving up range of motion. My shoulders feel better than they have in a long time.

Works well for exercise and to make sling shots.

Came as one full length and not in pieces as other reviewers warned.

Fortunately I didn't need one continuous 25 ft tube. I knew that (as the result of reading reviewers' comments) it was very unlikely that I would receive one 25' piece. Sure enough, I received one 10' piece and one 15' piece. I was able to replace the worn out bands in my equipment apparatus and have enough left over for the next time they wear out.
