This gun is definitely over rated It did not perform any better then a similar gun that was rated for much less really disappointed would have returned but I did not use it until it was too late. Make certain you test yours out I could have gotten a defected one who knows?

Its an ok impact, but there is no way that this thing generates 1100 ft-lbs of torque. It struggled to remove the lug nuts on my truck when I first got it. I originally blamed that on my dying air compressor and didn't think to much of it. New air compressor and the problem remains. Maybe I got a dud, but i am not impressed.

The AIRCAT 1150 was a disappointment . After reading all the reviews, i have to say i was expecting more. I tried to break a crankshaft bolt loose on a 2004 Toyota Sienna... no luck. Put back in the box for a refund. Now would it be ok to break lose a couple lug nuts? Probably. So if that's your goal you will be ok. I have to say, I have a Ryobi 1/2" cordless that is a beast compared to this and costs less, more convenient and I love it.

A great impact, but I've used it heavily for 1 year and noticed a definite power loss.

Falling Quality - Box says "Made in Taiwan"

Have pretty good torque for a airkittie but after 30 days my sockets keep falling off I don't understand how hard is it to design an O-ring that goes on the end of the Anvil that will hold a socket on tight so a socket cant come flying off and hit you in the face I contacted aircat yes they sent me out an o-ring kit I replace o-ring kit in the socket still barely hold on the end of that shaft Ingersoll Rand products never had a problem with holding sockets on the end of the shaft very dissatisfied with the quality of this product there customer service sucks.
