The balls loosen up all the time, constantly, no matter how tight they are. I constantly have to tighten them back up. I don't play with them either.

It was a little hard to get in, but once in I absolutely loved it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, within 4 hours of wearing it the right ball fell off. I didn't even know it fell off until my son told me, and I can't find it, with no replacement.

It's ok but the balls need tightened several times a day. I had 1 fall off while I was working and that's not ideal as I work in a kitchen. The balls are too close together to be able to flip it up.

I have a private piercing, and wanted this horseshoe threaded barbell. It is very nice, but the one difficulty I have is that it is very difficult to screw the ball into the horseshoe because it is very small (as intended), and the ball is just too small for me to easily screw them into the end of the horseshoe. Eventually I made it, but it was very much a challenge! Works better if you have someone with small hands that can help you out.

Bought these for my daughter. First day she lost balls from both earrings. I screwed them on tightly myself.

The balls WILL NOT stay on. It’s ridiculous. Ive had my septum pierced for 10 years and I’ve never had a piece of jewelry this bad. I’ve been wearing it for a week and I have to tighten the balls throughout the day because they come loose. Eating cereal just now, one fell off and into my bowl, and I noticed that the other is already goneno idea where. I just sized up my piercing so this is all I have that fits my new 12g size, and I’m stuck with a ball-less piercing until the better quality ones I ordered arrive. Don't buy this garbage unless you want its metal balls in your cereal .
