Overall, we were happy with the costume hat. However, the hat fits well, but the hair piece should have the rolled part on the sides right under neath the hat. You can't tell from the front that he's wearing a hair price wig.

These were great. They were just what I expected. You just need to make sure you have a lent brush to brush handy.

Luckily other reviewers warned the picture and the actual are very different. The wig has no sides, and it really should. Most bald guys don't have a long, curly ponytail. Kinda weird looking.

GREAT hat. The wig was as noted, not as shown. My 12-yr-old daughter grabbed her glue gun and added some "curls" made from quilt batting to each side. Our George looks WONDERFUL!! Of course, it's for a children's production...who wouldn't like a five-year-old George Washington?

I'm a little disappointed with this purchase. Although it appears to be made well and my son loves it, it's really not as it was pictured on the website. The web picture shows rows of curls on the sides. In actuality, there are some wispy curls near the back, but not really on the side of the hat/wig. My son has very short hair,but this wig will not cover it. We will definitely need to color his hair from the back of his ears forward.

My son loves to dress up in different costumes, and this was a great assessory to the Patriot costume we also purchased.
