Definitely useful, works great for our large pool. Sturdy, decent price

We originally got one of the blue lighter-weight solar covers but it didn't work out. We decided to get this one that was more heavy duty. So glad we did. It feels much more sturdy and durable.One drawback is the bubbles are the small ones. When we have this on the pool with the pump on, water can get on top and it seems to not be quite as effective.Would definitely buy this over the thinner alternatives.

It is keeping my pool warm at night.

Raised the water temp by 4 in the first 12 hours on a cool but sunny day. Removed to add chemicals and the temp dropped almost immediately so it really does increase and help hold warmth. Only issue I have is that it is very cumbersome and difficult to put on and remove by just one person on a 15foot pool. But it functions as a decent cover to keep debris out as well so it's worth the hassle.

I'm on the fence with this one. I don't think it's any fault of the cover but more of me not listening to my own intuition. I live in Western Washington where sun is not as common place as other parts of the country. The pool gets about 6hrs of full sun during peak summer months, and about 4hrs in the spring and fall. A clear cover doesn't absorb heat it reflects it. Under my circumstances the clear cover didn't really provide any measurable temperature increase.I've had pool covers in the past and have always purchased either a blue or black both of which in my circumstance provided a measurable temperature difference.The cover itself. was 16' in diameter even though I purchased a 15' there fore I had to trim 6 off - not a big deal.other than than the quality and packaging very good.

This did not come with any extra surface inches which the description said it would have. It's very strong. Does the job. Difficult to place and remove. Need 2 people.

Little small leaves air pockets but does the trick my pool is nice and warm far from hot but farther from cold!
