Was happy to find aluminum the plastic break so quickly. I was disappointed that this didn't last any longer.

This is a good enough leaf remover, won't catch the fine stuff. They won't more words. What's a girl to say. It's nice, does a good job

I'm not a big fan of this pool skimmer. It got a small hole in it after about half a dozen uses. But the problem for me is that the netting is too thick and stiff, so it won't turn inside out to dump the debris unless you turn it inside out using your hands. I was hoping it would soften up with use, but even after about 30 uses, it's still stiff.

I bought 2 because it is not always in stock at homedepot or lowes. The first one broke the first day of use and I should have sent it back but I tossed it instead.. its not as durable as the ones that have the entire frame made of aluminum. This particular model is made of aluminum and plastic... it is good for light duty but not heavy duty. Once I realized it could not handle the quantity of leaves as I was used to, I did not have any problem with the 2nd item.

The price is right, but the quality is just OK. The loop bends if you put too much pressure on it, you can however bend it back which is nice. The mesh on it is pretty stiff, so shaking the leaves/debris out isn't as easy with better quality skimmers. I have only had it for a short while and use these year round so time will tell it's true value. In the meantime I would buy this again for the price I purchased it at.

Works good but broke on me. I think it could have been user error though as I was really muscling it. Although with a full bag of leaves should be stronger
