Product was as expected, fit for my needs.

This is a wonderful product...Installation was pretty simple... The product arrives fully assembled, so you don't have to worry about putting it together. It easily installs into your existing cabinet. Just make sure the opening is 1534; or more...top and bottom, or it will not fit. There is NO wiggle room. I would have given it 5 stars but I am a little concerned with durability with all the open/close wear its going to receive. If Knape Vogt would tweak one small detail, I feel it will last for years.... The pull action on the door has a bit of play..the front brackets that attach to your door front are too low. If they would extend their height by 834;-1034; I feel it would provide more durability. Great job Knape Vogt!!

Great product. The only problem I had on installation was a heavier than normal door that would not adhere to the tape. Finally got it to work but frustrating.

Slide rail failed after a year of family use.... called them, they warrantied the bad slider... no hassle, easy fix. Good product, but not perfect, great for the price compared to others

Well built product. It was nice of them to pre-assemble. This product is sturdy and serves its purpose well. My only knock is that the screws provided were not very long and weren't correct for a sturdy installation.

Really great product. The soft close is a nice feature. It was easy to install-but follow the directions exactly and measure twice! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the glides started to stick after a few days and the soft close didn't work. I called the company and they sent out new glides immediately without any hassle. Awesome customer service! I will definitely purchase from them again.

Was a pain to install, because my counter door was not flat inside but had a frame that was slightly raised above the center portion. This caused the metal brackets that screw to the wood door to not sit flush. But once in, works great as expected. I just had moved into the house, so, I didn't have adequate wood tools to adjust my door to fit the metal brackets. I had to gouge out chunks of wood from my door to get it to fit using all sorts of tools not intended for that purpose. Wasn't a pretty installation and wasn't proud of it, but I was in a hurry to get it done to settle in. The awful gouges on the wood door were all inside and can't be seen unless your face is on the floor and looking in and up, however, so, in the end, worked out fine.

Met my expectations. Its worth the price. More expensive units are more refined (better can holding, better slides)
