The description said ankle as well as wrist. Definitely doesn't fit on ankle but it's cute on the wrist.

Maybe it was my fault, since it was way too tight, but when I tried to slip it on, one of the jingles ripped off, and the thread pulled loosening all the jingles on one side

The Arm Cuffs are pretty but not of high quality. I have small wrists so they are too large for me and flop up and down my arm. They do look nice though.

In my case those bracelets are to big for mi wrist , so I use them in my ankles .

This item is just as it's shown in the picture. They fit and have a nice dangle chime when you dance with them. I would recommend this product. Good price.

I have very small wrists so I was very surprised to find these sooo tight fitting. I had to struggle to get them over my tiny hands (comparable to a 6 year old). Only using them as costume so they should work for one night but that's about it.

These were not exactly as I expected them to be.They are not very elastic and slide up and down your wrists instead of fitting snuggly but they are still a lot of fun!
