Like most, the handle hits the tail gate when it's down. Moved the winch piece up by 1 hole, drilled a new hole. Problem fixed. I feel like the factory should make a few holes here just for this reason.Other than that, feels like it should work as intended

Only con, is the swivel bearing can fall off easily. Instructions pics not super clear. You tube assembly. Otherwise happy.

Was relatively easy to assemble. Helps lift heavy objects. Allows me to use receiver off end of truck. Easy to dissemble and then reassemble so I can store it in sections. Works as expected.

Well made, heavy duty, tight tolerances.The 360 degree rotation feature is awesome.Well coated steel that should last many years.Plenty of steel cable for the winch, probably could use a good static rope instead if steel if you wanted.Only problem is the handle of the winch hits the tailgate when the tailgate is down. I reprofiled the handle and removed some steel to provide more clearance, but also, with the rotation feature this shouldn't be an issue. I feel like the only time I'll pin the rotation is when I'm cleaning and not so much lifting.Also, I'll definitely need an extension when using it on the SxS since the receiver on the SxS is set so far back under the dump bed.This is gonna save me some chiropractor visits!

Easy to assemble. Heavy, but not too heavy. Works great. Only complaint is that with the ability to swivel, sometimes I fought the swivel to stay still while cleaning. I love the fact you can “lock in” the gambrel to keep from spinning though. That is a great feature.

I bought this because it was getting too difficult to get a deer into the bed of my pickup. I often hunt alone and this year I was able to set the hoist up and maneuver my buck into the truck with ease. The unit inserts into the receiver on the truck and after cranking the buck up off the ground I could lower the tailgate and swing the buck onto the tailgate. It seems like there are more pieces to it than necessary but in the end it works as advertised.

Used the hoist for the first time last night on a 200 pound hog. It worked as described. Would have never been able to lift it into the bed of the truck without it.

I hunt alone many days of the season and this hoist helps me avoid injuries and saves my back. Easy to use and store. I did spend $5.00 for American made bolts to install the hoist, just my choice.

Came well packed.Pretty easy to assemble except for the instructions how to wind the cable onto the winch aren't very clear.The 1 major flaw is what others spoke of...the winch is right next to where the tailgate lays down. So you'll have to have the tailgate up while cranking, then you can open the tailgate to rotate the deer onto it.The thing is pretty heavy, and feels pretty tough. It easily pops apart (I took it back apart just below the winch) so it can be stored in the bed of the truck. Will give feedback on how it actually performs after i get a deer or 2 across it.

I'm a disabled veteran that loves to hunt, I unfortunately have a lot of ailments limitations that prevent me from being able to load a big buck/doe by myself until now. This thing is a life saver and a game changer, it allows me to do what I love and I don't have to worry about my back going out or hurting myself!

Pretty good value when compared to like items. Very solid when assembled. Easy to use and not too heavy. Breaks down for easy storage if needed. Instructions on attaching the cable to the winch are a little sketchy but easy to work through. Only concerning point for me was it took 31 days to get it...so plan accordingly. Overall really like it.

This is very well made for the money you will be very satisfied with your purchase it's perfect for what im going to be using this for to swing my hunting trycycle in my truck .. when I get a chance I do a another review..Another awesome product to save in my back !!!Cant wait to try this out on some deer Thanks HME
