Classic Preparation: Add 1/4 Stick Or 2 Tablespoons Of Unsalted Butter, 3 Tbsp. Of 2% Milk, And Contents Of Cheese Packet. Light Preparation: Add 1 Teaspoon Of Unsalted Butter, 3 Tbsp. Of Skim Milk, And Contents Of Cheese Packet. 5. Mix Until Smooth And Creamy. Serve Hot. Makes 2 Servings.
