Product works great but is a lot thinner liquid than I expected. The only other cuticle remover I had used was a thicker consistency, which was easier to manage. This runs right off my nailbeds and is a bit messier to work with. But it does the job!

It's ok for softening cuticles but it doesn't remove them. I could have just used nail oil to soften mine. Waste of money

This stuff is amazing! You squirt some on your nails, rub it in, then use your nail tool to scrub off dead skin and cuticles. It really helps prevent cuticles and keeps your hands soft and clean. I highly recommend this as part of your normal nail maintenance. I use it about once a week.

Went with this brand since it's the one all nails shops I've gone to use. Definitely amazing and worth every penny.

I have the terrible habit of cutting my cuticles. This never solves the issue of my hands looking so bad - but I just can't leave them alone to heal! This cuticle remover has really helped my break my bad habit and my hands are looking so much nicer.

Just massage a small amount onto your finger tips or your toes! Give it a few minutes to work and bam! No more scraping and cutting back your cuticles. Once I started using this regularly all it takes is a slight little push back to get my nails cleaned up. I do prefer to use it just after a bath or shower because the skin is already soft.

My hands look so much nicer now - no more red, snarled cuticles and it's reduced the number of hangnails I get as well.

I am a nail professional and so far it's the best product I have ever used. It softens hard cuticle and breaks down dead skin, making them so easy to trim. You can even use a buffer and buff the skin and cuticle off if you dont want to use a nipper.

My name is Drea and I purchased this item (through my husband's account). I am a cosmetologist and I am well versed in nail care and nail maintenance. I bought this product because though I am skilled in nail care, I wasn't taking care of my nails. I am also a type 2 diabetic, so having hang nails and infections is so not good for me. I researched 5 other cuticle remover products and this one was being used by many ladies on YouTube. I saw one particular young lady use it (her close up shot while demoing it was fabulous) and I had to try it. Let me start with a little information: this product works so well because of the KOH or better known as potassium hydroxide. This ingredient is listed on the bottle as "Caustic Potash". KOH is the very first lye, or soft lye that is produced when making NaOH or better known as sodium hydroxide, and potassium is added to it to mellow it some more. KOH is used in many of our day to day products from your Dove body wash to your Neutrogena face wash. Now before you freak out, the product is totally safe when used in the appropriate manner, and this cuticle remover has the appropriate amounts. Now to the good stuff ? My husband has the WORST cuticles in my home right now, my 20 year old daughter is next so I used her as my guinea pig and went to work. First off this product is thin and watery. You will need to put some of it into a small dish or better yet, an empty nail polish bottle. To clean an empty polish bottle pour pure acetone into the bottle and let it sit over night, mean while dip and soak the nail brush into a cap of acetone until you can move the bristle and they don't stick together. In the morning empty and rinse the polish bottle, let it dry and then fill it with the cuticle remover, use the polish brush to apply. My daughter's nails were SUPER dry and when I applied the remover it soaked in FAST. So I had to put on more remover until it flooded the cuticle and you want that to happen. I let the product sit on her for 1 minute before I started pushing back the cuticle and OMG! This product works even her hang nails were hydrated and ready to be clipped! I did her right hand dry (no soaking of the hands and nails) as a test and this product is legit awesome. I had her soak her left hand and HELLO it really comes to life! I did my nails next. I started a sweet almond and jojoba oil regimen (this is what I am using until my Bliss Kiss Simply Pure cuticle oil pen arrives, that review will follow). I remove my cuticles weekly and I push them back daily, so I thought that I was doing a great job. Imagine my surprise when I saw cuticle coming off of my nails lol. I pushed back the cuticle and scraped the edges and BAM! No more cuticles. ???? This Blue Cross cuticle remover really rescued mine and my daughter's nails. Hubby is next, he just doesn't know it lol. Okay here are some important notes: #1 This is lye, though a soft lye, it is lye nonetheless. So be a realist and DO NOT let this product sit for more than 5 minutes each hand. #2 Wash your hands with soap and warm water when you are finished, but to be extra safe dip your nails into some white vinegar to stop the chemical reaction. Vinegar is a natural acid neutralizer. #3 Though this product is hydrating at first, when you finish your cuticles will be dry. So DO use your favorite cuticle oil and soak your nails and cuticle. Let it sit and then when that oil is absorbed repeat with more oil, then wash lightly and finish your manicure. Make sure you moisturize the day after using as well?. #4 This product contains lanolin. Lanolin is the waxy oil that comes from sheep wool. If you are allergic to wool then DO NOT USE this product! It is an amazing product but it is not worthy risking potential death or anaphylactic shock. Also it says it has oil in it, but does not list the oil type, so if you have an allergy to olives, sunflower, peanut or coconut (just to name a few well known oils), just avoid using this remover. Again it is not worth dying for.
Overall I am so impressed and very happy with this product. I bought the pictured 16oz bottle, and because it is so watery I will have it for a long time as part of my weekly cuticle care. My verdict :Yes buy it use it LOVED it ????

This stuff is AWESOME! Please read up on how to use this product before you use it - understand how to use it, please. One person who reviewed this soaked her entire finger, cuticle, nail bed and pad of finger in the solution and came away with a very bad experience....and she down rated the product because she didn't use it correctly.

I use a little jar that is just a bit larger than a Dappen dish to put a small amount of liquid in. I then use a cotton swab to apply it to my cuticles. I apply it to each nail, wait a few minutes then repeat. I wait another few minutes then I start working on my cuticles with a metal cuticle pusher that has a blunted side and a triangular pointy side. I apply another dab of solution as I start on the nail.

The first time I used this stuff I was amazed at how much dead skin came off of my nails - it was unbelievable. I've made it a part of my bi-weekly nail care routine.
