I bought this and it was pretty easy to swap out the old one and get the new one. It lasted only 14 months and now I need to replace it again.

The air conditioning went out on our 18 y/o condenser. This part was exactly what we needed. Took me a short time to install before I was sitting in my cool A/C again

Super easy job (watch out for the capacitor though!) and saved me an emergency HVAC call when my condensor fan bearings gave up middle of June (!).

If you are looking at this, then it is likely your A/C is not working. Hopefully you have already checked your capacitor (more common and much cheaper item to replace). If your fan is spinning slower than normal or making a strange pulsing noise AND you have already verified it isn't the capacitor, then you should definitely look into replacing the fan motor. It was super easy to do and this one was a direct replacement without any modification needed. The one thing you need to know is you must remove and reuse the fan blade from your previous fan. Any cheap puller tool should be able to remove it but be careful not to ben the blades out of shape if you do not use a puller. When I replaced this fan it instantly resolved my issue and hopefully will for you too.
