Product came fast. The robe is pretty thin but to be expected for one time use Halloween costume. I cut up some packing foam and added 2 layers to the shoulder harness to hopefully help address the complaints of it being uncomfortable and painful over time. Im 58 and with the costume on I could barely get under my bathroom door. Its not too bad, a slight slouch, duck, or lean left/right and youll get through. Hope this helped for future buyers. I gave 4 star new air I had to add the packaging foam as padding. Other than that, its your typical cheeses Spirit Halloween costume. I did not get the knife as Id like both hands free to have one hold my head as pictured on the costume box and also have one hand free to hold my drink. :)

The imitation headless shoulder was torn... had to mend it with duct tape.

The first one was delivered all smashed up. They replaced it immediately for us. The new one looks great!

The severed head and shoulders were a bit awkward and the velcro didn't secure very well...at 6ft tall the height of the outfit was a challenge getting through doors and not hitting ceiling lights.
