I am a paleontologist and I used these on the fieldin very rocky terrain. I didn't feel a thing on my knees when when I was on them for hours at a time. Best part is that they don't slip when I walk around in them. I highly recommend these.

These things are way bigger than they look in the photos, even with no attachments. At first you'll feel a little ridiculous wearing them but that feeling goes away when you kneel for the first time. They are very comfortable and you cannot feel the floor at all.

Arrived today and I honestly don't want to take them off! They are AMAZING, and I don't use that word lightly. As one reviewer had stated, the are like a knee brace. They strap tightly on your thigh above the knee, and on the calf below the knee, with infinitely adjustable Velcro straps that once set, you never have to adjust them again, as the snap right into place. Both sets of straps are padded and are about two inches wide. They are ergonomically designed so your toes aren't mashed at a 90 degree angle when in the full kneeling position. They have a limited lifetime warranty, so they'll surely stand the test of time. I'll be test driving these over the next few days laying a floor for a friend (don't ask...NEVER volunteer), but will report back here to give my full 34;Break-In34; review. So far I'm thoroughly impressed! Construction is really heavy duty and they are EXTREMELY comfortable. I'll let you know my final thoughts after a few longer than normal days spent with things attached. I'm actually looking forward to it!
