The bioplastic threadless labret post is 5/16", you can check out for other sizes here. It's best not to switch ends too often, because changing BioPlast labret ends can wear down the ridged internal edges of the 14g labret stud, enlarging the hole and causing ends to fall out unexpectedly. Fortunately, you can replace your BioPlastic labret stud anytime easily and inexpensively by purchasing one of our replacement 14g BioPlast labret posts.
