Awesome.....A bit pricey but worth every penny. Fits perfect and warm, not bulky at all. I wear a t-shirt under it and my work shirt over it and that keeps me warm enough for brief encounters outside and all day/night in the station. I was a bit skeptical with my first order, after one shift I bought a second. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.....THIS IS A GREAT SHIRT. BUY IT, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

I’m a female and have worked in the oil field for years. Most womens FR shirts are light colored and stain easily in the field and men’s are very boxy. This shirt is soft and comfortable. It’s big on me as a size 8, I ordered a small, but not too bad. It doesn’t shrink and washes nicely. On cold days I wear it under my bulwark snap front FRs. I plan to order more.
