Excellent pliers! no flex and they really get into tight spots. They have become my fav pliers for spring type hose clamps, they grip them with no flex and the precision tips insure no slippage at all. I have even used them to pull out a nail recessed into a tire that my other pliers couldn't even get a grip on. I highly recommend them, excellent quality and finish

Very happy with the fit/finish and build quality of these pliers The new ones are different than those pictured. The handles have been redesigned and are much stronger than before. They don't flex like those pictured when you're really squeezing them hard.

Made in USA. Purchased this item after I purchased the TEKTON 3490, 3491 & 3492. There is no comparison. The SK handles do not flex when gripping a wire type hose clamp in a hard to reach place, the TEKTON flexes. This is a BIG difference when you have a stubborn part the needs to be moved or removed. The SK 17832 is a heavy duty tool and it is not cheap. However, you get what you pay for. You can see and feel the quality. This is a tool that is going to see some good service for a long time. Highly recommend.
