Great backpack for the price! it is smaller than I expected, and the straps are thin, but the backpack itself is holding up pretty well.

For the price, you can't go wrong if you need a bag to just throw stuff in. But if you need to organize, have small little items, or want something to look a little professional, this is definitely not the bag for you. I have used the bag very hard for over 6 months and it's holding up extremely well. I do get frustrated looking for sunscreen, phone charger, chapstick, etc. as it's impossible to keep anything organized. The front pouch can hold these type of items well, but they tend to get jumbled up and you end up sifting around. I have noticed after 6 months of hard use, my bag has lost its shape and is starting to look frumpy. Construction is good though and again, that price can't be beat if you need a sack to throw gear in and how it looks doesn't matter.

a bit small to fit binders in (like anything bigger than 1" and you're in trouble). but it holds up well, has plenty of depth, so it will hold a few binders and textbooks and notebooks.

The backpack itself is fine. It’ll be great for my homeschooled kids that won’t be carrying heavy textbooks, but do have different types of things they need to carry for different types of events. The size is great for elementary ages. But the colors are very different from what’s pictured. The “yellow” is almost orange, very rich and dark and much closer to orange, not buttery yellow at all or even spicy mustard. And the “mint” is more like a dull, muted aqua blue, not green like mint. I wondered if we were sent the wrong colors, but the labels on the packaging was correct. We got other colors too, and it’s like they were all photographed with extremely bright lights that distorted the colors in the pictures. If you’re not too concerned about colors then it’s definitely a great bag for the low price!
