Wore this costume to our annual Halloween party and received great compliments. Size was as expected, fit was good. The fringe was consistent over the front and back and there were no worries about seeing through the dress. The headband didn't work with my bob wig (it bunched up the wig), but it worked fine when I wore this costume a second time out to a Halloween dinner over my own hair. Overall, a fun costume and good value.

This dress looks awesome for any flapper! I recommend buying a black slip to go underneath as it is pretty seethrough and runs to large, otherwise it was great!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this dress. I usually make my costume but I decided to be lazy this year. The quality of the dress was much better than I expected for $40. I bought it with the intent of fixing it up but all it really needed was some minor alterations. I am sort of petite so I ordered XS/S but it was a little large around the armholes and the neckline was a bit too low for work. I would consider it more of a S/M but maybe I'm just smaller than I thought. Overall, looks and feels great. Also, super comfortable. Not itchy like most cheap costumes.

I was wary about buying this due to all the mixed reviews about sizing, but I went ahead any way. I am 5'2" and 110lbs and got the XS/S and it fits well! Flapper costumes are not supposed to fit skin-tight, and this one is perfectly roomy and sexy at the same time. It IS a little long (or maybe I am just so short!) so I will likely end up hemming it up a layer of fringe, but for someone more conservative it's perfect just the way it is. The fringe goes all the way around, which is wonderful. It IS a bit thin, but a black slip would fix that issue easily.

I purchased this for a 20's themed murder mystery party. I thought the costume was pretty good for the price. I ordered a larger size based on other's reviews and it was a little large. You are probably safe ordering your regular size. The costume is a bit see through so a slip was needed. It was a fun and comfortable costume and received many compliments.

I loved this costume, it looked great for Halloween this year. I'm a size 12 and the Medium fit me just fine. If you're a size 8 which the medium encompasses, it'll probably be a bit big. I added white beads, white feather boa and fishnet stockings. I got so many compliments!Bad thing is the quality in terms of the material isn't the greatest. There is only one layer of light fringe and the dress material is super thin. Definitely need to wear with a slip underneath (or cami and shorts) because its completely see through. But the length is perfect.

I ordered the Medium/Large (8-12). I am 5'8", and between a 12 and 14 pant size. This dress fit me perfectly. Had I been a tad bit larger, it would have been too small. I would say this dress fits a size 14. The quality is good, fringes are all the way around the dress, no problems at all with this dress! Go for it!

Loved the dress. I ordered the large, and I usually wear a 10/12. It was a little big, but so many costumes run small, so it was very comfortable. It was a little short but I wore black tights to cover the essentials and keep my legs warm. It was very well made.

Loved the costume and pleasantly surprised when it was true to the pic. It was a little on the big size even for an 8-12 and me being a size 12 but I guess they're not supposed to be tight or small anyway.. the gold sequins did some off easily. But all in all the costume was great! I will def. be wearing it again next year!
