Excellent product but can be hard to put on without tangling the large velcro pads. But this might be just me as this issue has not been mentioned by any other reviewer.

I live in a neighborhood where the visibility at night is poor. I like to run in the evening because it's cooler. The vest definitely helps because the cars stop for me. The one thing I do not like is that the vest moves to the left as I run so I find myself constantly moving it to the center. I'm surprised because the vest isn't that loose. I may consider criss-crossing the straps to see if that helps.
